BARS is a mobile platform that enables users to:

• Book ground and air ambulances
• Request emergency and non-emergency medical transport
• Track ambulance location (if enabled)
• Connect with ambulance providers, pilots, paramedics, and hospitals

Note: BARS acts as a facilitator between users and independent medical transport service providers. Unless stated otherwise, we do not own or operate ambulances or aircraft.

You must be:

• At least 18 years old, or
• Using the App under the guidance of a parent/guardian

By using BARS, you agree to:

• Provide true and accurate patient and location information
• Use the service for legitimate medical needs only
• Not misuse or interfere with emergency operations
• Treat ambulance staff and service providers respectfully
• Do not attempt to hack, duplicate, or disrupt the App

• All bookings depend on the availability of ground or air ambulances.
• Estimated arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, airspace permissions, or emergencies.
• Air ambulance booking may require additional documentation or approvals.
• No cancellations once the driver accepts the trip.

• Payments may be collected via UPI, card, net banking, wallet, or cash (where applicable).
• Charges vary based on distance, urgency, vehicle type, and provider rates.
• Billing disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the trip.
• Refund will be processed within 7 working days (if applicable).

Service providers (ambulance operators, pilots, aircraft owners, paramedic teams, hospitals) are independent entities.

BARS is not responsible for:

• Delays
• Non-availability
• Conduct or behaviour of providers
• Quality of medical treatment
• Injury, damages, or losses caused by providers

BARS is not liable for:

• Medical outcomes
• Delays from external conditions (traffic, weather, ATC clearance, technical failure)
• Provider negligence or misconduct
• Data loss or interruption of services
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Note: Your use of BARS is entirely at your own risk.

• All branding, logos, UI, content, and software of BARS are owned by Bharat Aeromedical Retrieval Services.
• Copying, editing, or distributing any content without permission is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You provide false information
• You misuse emergency services
• You attempt fraudulent bookings
• You violate these Terms in any way

• We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
